Gem of a Doctor, Dr Rafic as an eye specialist and as an oculoplastic surgeon is a real master of what he does. I had done a critical surgery due to an accident, which required a combination of ENT and Ophthalmologist (basically an occuloplast), and with his super calmness, explained the whole procedure through every visit that i made.
